About us

We are a design and manufacturing engineering company within the M2M market. Owasys was created in 2002 by a group of professionals coming out of Ericsson BTC (Bilbao Technology Centre) who during the last 22 years has led the development and launching of advanced wireless devices.

On July 1st, 2021, HMS Industrial Networks AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMS Networks AB (publ) has acquired 60% of all shares of Owasys from the existing management team who remains in ownership of 40% of the shares and will continue to manage the business.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to create Open Platforms and provide Solutions for System Integrators and Service Providers in order for them to develop innovative M2M and IoT applications.

Our customers are working in different segments as: Fleet Management, AVL, Telemetry and Utilities. We are currently working with over 100 System Integrators mainly in Europe but we also have projects worldwide; in North and South America, Asia and Oceania.
